A natural disaster can turn lives upside down in an instant, killing or driving millions of people from their homes and devastating communities. Disastrous is also the millions of inhabitants of third world countries that cannot fulfill basic needs, one of which is clean drinking water.

ENM has played an essential role in the infrastructure works providing a better quality of living conditions of under-developed countries. From Angola to the Dominican Republic people have lived under substandard conditions of extreme poverty.

Our company has reached many parts of the globe from providing a new and updated water supply system that was essential in order to replace the debilitated structure that provided water to poverty stricken areas in Angola to the reconstruction and upgrading of infrastructure works during the 2nd and 3rd year of National Emergency Recovery Programme (NERP) for the entire country of Lebanon.​

For the Consultancy Services for the Municipal Support Programme (MSP) Phases 1 & 2 in West Bank and Gaza Strip, improvement was provided of the municipal infrastructure (rehabilitation and expansion of facilities) within the sectors of water supply, sewerage, stormwater, solid waste, roads and public buildings in the following selected municipalities: Rafah, Khan Younis, Gaza, Hebron, Jenin, Ramallah and Nablus (total of about one million inhabitants).
